ABOUT ENGIN
22nd of December, 2000 was remarkable by entering of new company – Engin LTD – to Azerbaijan Trade Market. Owing to successful sales strategy implemented by our Company, its commitment, successful human resources policy and modern approach in a short space of time we could achieve dynamic development. The work which was started initially by 35 persons is now continued by more than 500 persons.
History of Engin LTD started with sale of Procter & Gamble products in Azerbaijan. Longstanding experience, great devotion to our work, accurately planned steps, effective strategies based on actual circumstances as well as professionalism resulted in our growing success and great achievements. Our Company has already extended a list of companies which official distributor we are. Currently besides Procter & Gamble, Engin LTD is an official distributor of such companies as Gillette, Braun, Oral-B, Wella, FERRERO, İpek Kağıt, Sara-Lee, Uni and Tbilvino which are leading companies in their field.
Engin LTD was established by 100% foreign capital. Investments have grown within last 7 years and the Company has rapidly developed. Among others this achievement can also be considered as a successful result of the policy implemented by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Ilham Aliyev for attracting foreign investments into our country. In particular due to this fact our Company gradually eliminated the barriers encountered and we are becoming a major taxpayer.
